You can permanently delete your CareNest account and its data at any time.
From inside the app
- Open CareNest and go to the More tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email alisohail6835@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my CareNest account”. We will confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your membership in any care circle.
- Care circles where you are the only member — including their medications, dose history, appointments, tasks, updates, and documents.
Shared circles: if other family members remain in a circle, that circle’s shared care records stay with them so their care coordination is not disrupted. Your personal account is still deleted and you lose all access.
Timing
Deletion takes effect immediately in the app. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
